October 19, 2024 is a day that will live in infamy for many Roswellites considering the magnitude of an historic flood that occurred all across Roswell and Chaves County. As a result of that storm, the Pecos Valley Amateur Radio Club suffered tremendous losses when five feet of rushing water came through the facility destroying nearly all of the club’s radio equipment and other assets.
